I can talk here about Tri-State Aero in regards to instructors & plane rental for private pilots. Building is clean, free WiFi & newspaper, staff support & instructors (had two there) very friendly and take time to go over your needs. They have cesena 172, they keep it clean from inside & has what you need from VFR flying. Rate is decent as long as you join their flying club & you plan to fly at least 4 hours a month

I asked for a quote a few months ago and it has been a crap shoot since my first inquiry. Last communication was over three weeks ago and I was promised a quote and call. No call, no email as normal. Tried to email and left a few messages with no call back. I guess my buisness is not needed. Would not recommend this avionics shop.
