Tried several times in past 3 years to book a flight with them. Always have an excuse. "No availability. Weather not good enough. It is a holiday weekend". Also, they never answer the phone. You can't leave a message because the mailbox is always full. The problem is that they are the only game in town so they don't really care about customer service. (Not like you can go elsewhere). It is unfortunate.
