Privacy Policy
We run a training portal, not a data brokerage. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to make us delete it. We wrote it to be read.
Effective date: July 28, 2026. We post any revision to this page with a new effective date.
What We Collect
When you submit our school-matching form, we collect the information you type: name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, your training goals and timeline, and anything you add in the message field. Our server also records standard technical data with each submission, specifically your IP address and browser identification string, which helps us block automated spam.
When you browse the site without submitting a form, we collect no personal information. Our server keeps ordinary access logs (pages requested, timestamps, IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting, and these rotate out on a routine schedule.
What We Do With It
We use your submission to do the thing you asked for: matching you with flight schools, financing options, and scholarship programs, and following up with you about them by phone or email. We may share your inquiry with a school or program you've expressed interest in so they can respond to you directly. That is the whole business model, and it works only when we treat your contact information with restraint.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent lead lists. We do not pass your details to schools you haven't expressed interest in.
Cookies and Third-Party Tools
This site works without tracking cookies. Two third-party services deserve mention. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers. Our optional translation feature is powered by Google Translate; activating it loads Google's translation service, which operates under Google's own privacy policy. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will say so before the tooling appears.
How Long We Keep It
Lead submissions stay in our database while your inquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterward, so we can pick a conversation back up when your training timeline firms up. You can shorten that to zero at any time; see your rights below.
How We Protect It
The site runs over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and stored on an access-controlled server, and database credentials are restricted to the application. No system on the internet is breach-proof, and we won't pretend ours is, but we keep the attack surface small: the less we collect, the less there is to lose.
Your Rights
- Access: ask what we hold about you and we'll send a copy.
- Correction: tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it.
- Deletion: ask and we'll erase your records from our lead database, confirming when it's done.
- Quiet: tell us to stop contacting you and we will, immediately.
Send any of these requests to [email protected] or call (555) 123-4567. Residents of states with consumer privacy statutes, including California, may exercise these rights under those laws; we honor them for everyone regardless of state.
Children
This site addresses adult career decisions and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them, and if a parent tells us a child submitted the form, we delete the record.
